Rice and Fish is the main food for Bengali’s; usually we take rice, fish curry and lentil for our lunch and dinner, although some people in villages also having rice as a breakfast, but majorities in the town having Ruti or Paratha and ends with Tea or coffee.
Ruti/ Paratha: Ruti is a healthy food and it made from wheat; if you use oil then it called Parata; Ruti/ Paratha serves with fried eggs, mixed vegetable curry and lentil. I love ruti with fried eggs or meat curry.
