Introduce Yourself - March 2019

Hey, what’s up fellow guides?

Well, I’m not sure if this is the right space to make and introduction about who I am, but, since I’m new to this platform, I’ll give myself a small credit and learn how to use in the next few lines!

I was worried about copying @DeniGu introduction structure (I sometimes work as a copywriter, so I like to be original), but she made it so simple and in a lighthearted fashion that it made me want to talk about the same topics:

1. Name: Roger. Nobody ever thought of a short name for me. But I’ve surpassed this small frustration!

2. Location: Curitiba, the coldest brazilian capital city.

3. What I love about being a Local Guide: Well, a local guide does two things I’m passionate about: helping people and discovering my surroundings. The world expands as we walk through every unknown place!

4. My favorite thing to explore: Natural landscapes surrounded by green areas; places to eat; and places with an energic vibe. As a photographer, those are the things I love to capture with my camera! Sometimes I risk my equipment, but… that’s part of the business of creating outstanding pictures, right?

5. Fun fact about me: I think a have a weird passtime: I love to read backwards! Whenever I’m using public transport or even driving, I’ll always start reading backwards all kind of road signs, after some considerable amount of time… I know this don’t add much to humanity, but I’ve felt very happy when I found out that the word Radar on backwards sounds the same: radaR.
