This restaurant is a gem! Amazing flavors, excellent service, and a diverse menu. The vegan Cook Bowl and Sunshine Pineapple Tea are must-tries.

Im from lebanon living in saudia arabia . I look for spending time in nature for mental health and lot of benifits and tasks.
Here in saudia lot of deserts lot of plants outdoors. Its about what been shown by studies how nature lowers cortisol levels blood pressure, and heart rate. Improves mood with increased feeling of happiness. Beside nature exposure has been shown to improve memory.
Take a daily walk, try outdoor activity boost social connections with family and others …
Give nature good look as it is giving us calm life and beauty..
