Every year the world commemorates the International Day of Persons with Disabilities which was established in 1992. The theme for 2022 is “Transformative solutions for inclusive development: the role of innovation in fuelling an accessible and equitable world"

This year two sustainable development goals are in view - SDG8 & SDG10. The goals try to x-ray equal employment opportunities and reduction in inequalities for persons with disabilities. The UN event would be held online and offline on December 5, 2022.
The One Accessibility Initiative would host an event to mark the celebration with a webinar on December 10, 2022. We invite all accessibility champions, enthusiasts and Local Guides to join the conversation.
