What is the most interesting thing you have done as a local guide ?
So this is an interesting story that I have done as a local guide. 2 years ago was the thing I had been waiting for the most, which was an internship. So this internship is one of the programs to study off campus. All my friends get internships that have been chosen by the campus. Except me and some of my friends, namely Reza, Susi, Betsy, Handika, Eko and Mitra. Every night I think, what if I and my friends can do internships outside the region, because all my friends who get internships from campus choices are all in the city. So the next day I invite to discuss with Reza, Susi and Betsy, because they are my classmates. From some of the company options that we discussed, we found that PT. Semen Baturaja. The location is located in Baturaja. That way we agreed to an apprenticeship at PT. Semen Baturaja by completing several files to apply for an internship at the company. Now the good news came from Eko, Mitra and Handika, it turns out they also had an internship in the same place as us, namely in Baturaja, but they chose the company PT Telkom as their internship. Alright so more and more friends to wander for 1 month in the area of people. From the file that we submitted to the company, we got a reply that we were accepted for an internship in the company, unexpectedly we cheered happily by reading a reply letter from the company. before the 2 day internship starts we will leave for Baturaja, here is what I like, me and Reza use the motorbike to go from Palembang to Baturaja, while Susi and Betsy prefer to take the train because they are afraid of anything and they also bring lots of stuff to live in baturaja. Reza and I really pay attention to our security during driving, such as gloves, masks etc. But do not forget to open the google maps application, so that our trip is accurate, with the earphones attached to the right ear only, so that I can listen to instructions from google maps. How nice to be able to ride a motorcycle by seeing beautiful natural scenery. When Reza and I arrived at Baturaja. Me and Reza are looking for cheap lodging for 1 month using this Google Maps application. Well it turns out this application is very helpful, it turns out there are many lodging choices in this kingdom, we just explore the place of lodging that we chose. And as a result we rented 2 lodging places, one for me and Reza, and one for Susi and Betsy. And unexpectedly it turned out that Eko had first come to this inn about 2 days ago, and for Handika and Mitra, they lived with their families who live in this area. Nearly an hour later Susi and Betsy arrived at the Baturaja train station, without further thought we searched for the train station using the Google Maps application. So this is my interesting story along with google maps, and also for holidays during our internship, we spent our time searching for new places in this area, and capturing photos and videos to upload to google maps.
