3 months ago I had a very bad experience in Mesón La Cabaña, Alcaudete de la Jara (Spain) and I wrote a negative review. The owner, instead of replying me, wrote another review insulting me. I managed to have that review deleted. Now, i,ve received a reply full of insults but, nobody can read it because my review that didn’t break any rule, has gone too, I’m the only one who can read it. I want my review back and those people’s insults removed. What can I do? And don’t tell me to write the review again because they’re dangerous people

I’m sorry to learn about your bad experience. Please reach out to the Google My Business Community where the community managers and experts would be able to advise you accordingly.
At the GMB community, I suggest clicking on Spam & Policy, then creating a post there. Please note not to include any of your or the business’ personal information, but rather allow a community expert or Googler to contact you to obtain it.
