Are you asking why some Instagram accounts are following you on Google Maps?
This is not possible.

Ich habe 2 davon, letzte trägt den Namen Igstats-mandalorian und soll laut Google Bard für Statistiken zuständig sein
The lgstats-accounts are Google Maps accounts and not Instagram accounts.
Their purpose is to scrape our contribution data for use on https://lgstats.xyz/ and maybe on @AdamGT 's leaderboard extended contribution database on
https://top100localguides.com/
Who owns and runs lgstats is still a mystery since no one have stepped forward (as far as I’m aware).
If you prefer not to have your public contribution stats collected you can remove such accounts from your list of followers on Maps.
I let them stay because I enjoy having access to my historic contribution data on https://lgstats.xyz/guides/116647701492246965139 and I believe the scraping is benign. But I could be wrong on this.
