As you can read in Set up & connect 360 cameras “Some camera manufacturers use their own applications to publish to Street View… check out the camera manufacturer’s website for more info.”
If your camera is not listed in that help page or in https://www.google.com/streetview/contacts-tools/ probably is not “Street View Ready”, as not all the cameras are built following the Google Street Views protocols. You will have to use their App to shot the photos, and then use the Street View App to upload the photos in Street View.
- If you want to create a virtual tour, you will have to use a third party software to connect the photos, as indicated in Publish & connect 360 photos with the Street View app
- If you want to create a blue line, please be aware that the function is actually available only for cameras that are “Street View Ready”
