¿Saben si Google tiene contemplado mejorar la app para contribuir con Google Street con la Insta 360 one X2?
Hi @Dairo_Rivera Street View is no longer supported out of Connect. The supported cameras are available at https://support.google.com/maps/answer/6281877 and I can see the Insta 360 One is there but not the X2. Depending on how different they are, the X2 might possibly work but you’d likely want to try that out before purchasing one so that you know for certain before committing to buy one.

Saludos Paul, yo compré la insta 360 one X2 por qué tiene mejor tecnología que la insta 360 one, y no me ha funcionado con Google Street, no entiendo por qué Google no actualiza a estas cámaras.
Ni modos esperar, gracias
Hi @Dairo_Rivera ,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I just wanted to let you know that I will move your post to our How-tos board, where Local Guides ask questions and express their doubts. You can learn more about Connect’s labels in this article. I will add a Spanish tag as well, since the post is written in this language. More information on this type of tag is available here.
The point is exactly the opposite.
Every communication between device is based on standard. Just to give an example, Bluetooth is a wireless communication standard adopted by a lot of devices. If a device is not able to communicate is not because Bluetooth have to update his protocol, but because the producer of the device have to adapt his protocol to the standard.
The same is for the Street View app, that is using a standard protocol for communicating with 360 cameras. So the right question is “why Insta 360 X2 is not developed to communicate with the Street View App” and the question should be addressed to the producer of the camera.
Hope this will clarify how a protocol works, as this apply for many other things
