Inspiration how to find your Local Guide "voice"

Every start is hard. So many questions run through your head about what to post. I like to share how I found my Google Guide voice.
I started with sorting out story telling options in my head. And my conclusion for subject was and still is that there are several different ways to share the world around you in Google Maps. You can write facts or make lists about places, you can answer questions, share experiences through photos or even videos. There is “story telling language” for everyone. I believe that everyone should choose the “story telling language” that feels comfortable and closest to ones soul.
For example: I work as photographer and my most natural way of telling stories is visual stories- photos mainly. For post photos I use my mobile phone camera most of the time. My favorite subjects are less known but interesting places. My first goal subject is share about Estonia, because I live here and it seems, to need be introduced. There is not too many about the place. Only main things.
When I choose what to post then I think also about the language to use. Most of the time I use English, but also Estonian (my native language) My main goal as Local Guide is to evoke interest mainly by photos but I suggest to add a description to photo for better understanding. I suggest always to think why you do something. Otherwise it will not have a soul in it and is not worth doing at all.
Here is a photo story of my trip to Pärnu beach for illustrating my post and hopefully inspiring to You, my reader.
