Initially Why I hated Google Guides?
When I first shared a few photos I was not sure what I doing and why am I doing?
I am not very confident on social media. But gradually Google Maps reviews helped me in increasing my self-motivation and self-confidence. Initially, I was just posting real-time pics and some reviews. But gradually my reviews started getting traction and people started liking and some photos got more than 2.5 Lakh views (a bunch of 6 photos from a place in Jaipur India). This was a real boost in my self-motivation. Now this has become a hobby for me to write reviews and post photos of the places I visit.
Some of my other photos and reviews really helped people.
This is a temple and not very popular as this is a new temple. People wanted to gather more information about this place. And as you can see the almost 1000 people have shown interest in this photo shared by me.
Some places are so remote and not easy to find. This above temple is located in remote areas of Jaipur India and belongs to the Jain community. My contribution has helped many people and made me feel that I am a socially responsible person now. My responsibility has increased now more.
I have given reviews of some unknown and remote areas of petrol pumps also.
India is not a very developed country. It’s just developing. Providing information about how you can make payments, like by payment gateways, wallets payment and cash, really help people.
Providing a detailed review of a few places helps me in getting more points and also helps people in getting more detailed insights of that place.
Conclusion:
Last but not least I will continue this journey as this is helping my personal growth as well by improving my self-confidence.
If you are anywhere on this planet and want to help people and society, I highly encourage people to join this revolutionary movement initiated by Google Maps.
I really wanted to thank Google that they have made this feature free of cost available. My contribution is very very small to society, but I am happy to contribute my part on Google Maps.
