Inflated Ratings Conflict of Interest

This business has either all 1 or 5 star reviews. Almost all 5 star reviews are from a few users that were left at the same time, and that ONLY review a few of the same businesses. Their score improved dramatically because of this effort (and probably the other related business saw the same), but it appears to be a conflict of interest and does not reflect what I, and others experienced with this company. I have tried to report the conflicts of interest by flagging the individual reviews, but it did not change anything. I am hoping you can look and see what I am saying it obvious, and remove them from the rating to better reflect the business’ true score to the community.

Truly, this POI has a lot of conflicted reviews, but this is a business and this should be reported on the Google My Business Community, where the community experts will be able to take faster actions.
