Indore- A journey through senses

Before I start, I just want to say that everyone should take care of the Coronavirus spread (Stay Home and Stay Safe).

Hello Everyone,
Name: Vishal Kothari
I am from Indore, India.

Currently, I am a local guide level 6. Indore has been in all my five senses (touch, sight, hearing, smell, and taste) from the beginning of my life. The first sense “Touch” helps me judge how perfectly the food must have been cooked. The second sense “Sight” reminds me of the images of the food places in Indore like Sarafa and Chappan where you spend hours and hours of time eating street food. The third sense “Hearing” makes me react to words like “Bhiya”, “Bawa” etc. whenever I hear them especially away from home. The fourth sense “Smell” activates instantly whenever dishes like kachori, samosa, poha, and jalebi are nearby. Last but not least “Taste”, it is the most important of the senses, as the food taste of Indore cannot be found anywhere else. Overall, It identifies me as an Indori from the heart.
