Halo, Kak @Deasyjj

Hahaa… no, @Ant_Bad_Yogi

Not every small portion rice-like is cat rice.

But if Mbak @Nyainurjanah was correct, “uli bakar”, so it’s a glutinuous rice cake that cooked with shredded coconut and coconut milk ( = “uli” in Sundanese, or “jadah”/“têtêl” in Javanese) that was then grilled a little bit.

The “uli bakar” taste is savoury. You could also put your favourite toppings on it. Some sellers use caramelized shredded coconut ( = “sêrundéng”), or spicy oncom (I don’t know what is oncom in English. I’m sorry), or you could just put sugar on it.

The uli bakar has a very good aroma when it grilled. Maybe you could try to make one, put some mango on it, and share it with us, @Ant_Bad_Yogi :))
