  1. Noodles (your requirement) 02. Soya Sauce ( 1 packet)
  2. Chilli Sauce
  3. Vegetables :- Cabbage, Carro

:fire_engine: Chilli Sauce
:fire_engine: Mixed Vegetables (Capsicum, Cabbage, Carrots) :v: :v: :v:

(01). Packet Noodles

(02). Onion Sliced

(03). Cup chopped Lengthwise Vegetables Ex (Carrots, Capsicum, Cabbage)

(04). 1 tblsp Ginger Garlic Paste

(05). 2 tbsp Soya Sauce

(06). 1 tbsp Vinegar

(07).1/2 tblsp Tomato Ketchup

(08).1 tbsp Green Chili Sauce

(09). Salt to taste

(10).1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder

(11). 2 tbsp Oil

How to Make Veg Chowmein Indian recipe :india: :india: :india: :india: :india: :india:

Boil Noodles in enough water with salt and 1 tblsp of oil to avoid sticking.

✓You Take care do not overcook.

✓Strain Noodles in cold water 2-3 times and drain water and set aside ✓.Mean Important thing to remember is to cookon high flame constantly. This gives the noodles a burnt smoky taste that you get from the street side shops.

(D). Heat Indian oil in a wok/kadhai and add sliced onions and stir fry for same seconds.

And Add minced ginger-garlic.

.✓Now add all other vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes.

You ✓Add salt and black pepper and mix well. Now add boiled noodles and mix well (take care that noodles don’t break) .

Add vinegar, green chili sauce, ketchup and soya sauce and stir fry for a minute on High flame.

Serve the vegetable chowmein hot.
