Personally didn’t know about the positive effect of the rice, and actually I’ve never heard about this type. Do you think it can be found in Europe?
Could you please share the recipe? Do you always use chicken in this dish? I’m curious how can I prepare it.

Hi mam,
Obviously u can find the dish in southern Asia and mainly in india.
Also u can find the biryani at London in indian restaurants.
We will use chicken, fish,mushroom, planner alternatively for that Rice.

Thank you @Tamilarasu for sharing such delicious dish. But I think the preparation differs from state to state, as in Odisha we use long grain rice but last year I ate it in Kerala its rice were short and taste different. But was delicious too.
