Indian restaurants have become so much better in NYC. Some are marrying authentic cooking and spices into fusion dishes. For example I had a quail egg keema at Indian Accent. The banana leaf chicken at Rahi is full of flavor. The kale chaat at Gupshup was mouthwatering. The copilot drink at Aroqa was the best cocktail ever. And the story continues… stay tuned for more!!
