Very very nice post @Rajdarsh . Thanks for posting such a beautiful post. All photos are mouthwatering. O remember previously when we travel to North India, it was very hard to find South Indian dishes. A few will be there and very expensive. Happy to find South Indian delicacies now easily available in North India too. I have travelled to Vadodara 2 years before for a meetup and I was happy to see South Indian dishes easily available.
