For my birthday, my mom invited me to the Ze Fork restaurant in Vevey (Switzerland).
A top-notch culinary experience!
Right from the start, we were greeted and seated very well.
The restaurant offers mainly entreplats. It’s like a mezze or tapas and they advise you to take two for a meal.
Nevertheless, I had the beef tenderloin heart, and the meat was surely one of the best I’ve eaten on the Riviera.
I finished with the moelleux, and again, as I’m used to having this dessert, I really liked it.
The service is really meticulous and each dish is explained in detail.
Not suitable for a small budget, but really in keeping with the standing of the place.
