I received an email today from Local Guides thanking me for 2 years of contributing on Google Maps.
I thought they would have their details correct.
I have been with Local Guides since 2016.

If you have been suspended this counter starts over. I have the same issue. Not the biggest problem in the world in my opinion.

If your account is ever suspended, the time starts counting again from the next time it is recovered, as @MortenCopenhagen already told you. No problem, move on. Good luck!
