Twister is a popular game for people with motor disorders which requires involuntary movememts thereby improving muscular movements…
The game consists of various colors, and body parts are required to play the game. A referee gives signal to the players before they can move their body, after spinning the wheel.
Specifically it allows players to place their hands and feets on the colored spots without falling. The referee asks each player to place a hand or leg on a particular color. Any player who falls or touches the floor with an elbow or knee goes out. Depending on the number of players, the last person standing wins the game.
There other rules that guides the game in order to make it fun and challenging. It requires players to twist their bodies often thus the reason for the name.
