From my point of view, it is important to feel motivated, which includes being taken into account through gifts or details that each local guide receives from Google, that is detailed and minimalist through the effort to progress by levels or by scope.
Another suggestion is to make meetings between local guides by country, with the purpose of knowing more and learning as a representative team of a country.
