Inappropriate Review

@TraciC There is a Local Guide posting inappropriate and untrue information without any knowledge of me. The review contains inaccurate information and was given the lowest possible rating. This review has already been reported to Google as inappropriate review but it needs to be removed from Google Maps and the Local Guide should be monitored for other inappropriate reviews. Local Guide information as well as the actual review and business reviewed available upon request.

Hello @Fetch , it takes time for the team to evaluate a reported inappropriate review. You do the right thing to tag a Google moderator to report the issue. Hopefully she or other moderator will reach you out for further talk on weekday.

Local Guides is a program for individuals only. Business activities are not allowed in here.

Being a business, you will find a more efficient way for responding and/or reporting a review through Google Mybusiness program.
