Hello I have been using Google Maps for more than 10 years and I work with it every day And it is my most popular application
I had two questions First , even though I have written comments and rated for more than 900 places, but I have only received 10 points, can you tell me why?
In the achievements section, I have rated every place that I have commented on, but I have not received the rating points
I mean rating points
And the second question, I do the editing and registration with all care and even visit the places in person, but it is not approved, why?
I’m trying to understand your questions. You mentioned you have only 10 points. But I see your points to be 72.241
You have added 917 and only 850 of these are public.
Your photos are more photos are more problematic. You have uploaded 8590 + 258 and only 8047 are public. I see that you are not aware of the guidelines related to redundant (similar) photos. And you can not upload photos of kids (and recognizable faces). And you can not upload the same photos more than once.
The points for ratings (star-only-ratings) are included in your review points, so when you see 11 ratings under your profile they are ratings where you did not add any text to your review.
Is your second question related to adding new places to Google Maps? This could be because Google or your local authorities have banned it. Please see

Rating counts are for places you only rate to them without any review. When you rate and review a place, it has its own number.
about your 2nd question:
Since there are no regional restrictions on general contributions on the map there, please let us know what is the exact status of your edits. Are all of your edits rejected immediately? Or they are also pending? Do you have any approved edits these days?
Please also consider the tips by @MortenCopenhagen about your photos, You should remove such contributions.
