In Start an Idea page under Idea Exchange Board, the top Icons has slight alignment issues in Mobile

Hi everyone,

I went to Start an Idea page under Idea Exchange Board to create an Idea post and then I noticed that the Icons under category section at the top is having slight alignment issues. I checked by keeping as show as Desktop site enabled in Mobile itself but even then it has that issue. So I checked by logging out and logging in, but still issue persists. So I checked how it’s coming in my laptop and there is no alignment issues in laptop and it’s perfectly fine in my laptop. Below are the screenshots taken in phone, show as desktop site enabled in mobile and in my laptop.

You can see in above image that in my phone with both mobile view and desktop site view, it’s having issue but in my Laptop, it’s coming fine. Is anyone facing this issue in their Mobile phone? Please check this. Thanks everyone!

Hello @SalmaanN , I have noticed the same thing since a long time. Cellphone version versus PC version.

However in my opinion I don’t think is a big deal, if you see carefully you can choose the right category when you start a post.

In addition to this fell free to share an idea with us asking the possibility to fix this.

I don’t understand what your concern is.

Does the alignment prevent you from selecting any of the category sections?

If so please save us from guessing.

Or is your concern purely a cosmetic layout issue?

Thanks for the comments. My concern is purely the cosmetic layout issue. Yeah the category is easily identifiable and I have posted my Idea too.

The entire experience of the phone version of the Connect is not as enjoyable as the site has many issues.

However, these glitches do not prevent a person from accomplishing the tasks and hence thanks for adding one more to the never-ending list!

I often use in my mobile and I agree the experience is not as enjoyable as PC. Ans yes, it doesn’t prevent from accomplishing the task too. But as far as I remember, when I visited this page earlier, I wasn’t having this slight issue and I think it can be fixed.

while posting Idea Exchange posts, Selecting categories from the list not visible clearly. Only few icons visible. It’s just mixed up. Hard to choose or posting in wrong category due to random clicks in connect app.

Thank you so much for fixing this very soon, @MashaPS . I checked now in my mobile (both mobile view and also Desktop site view in mobile) and it’s coming super fine without any issue.
