So as much as I love to eat out to try new foods, experience different decor and ambiance, sometimes you just don’t want to deal with the commute/traffic/transit and want to try to make a great meal at home. So for those of you in the Toronto area, where do you like to go regularly to get quality food supplies?
I have been going to multiple places in order to get all my ingredients but am wondering if anyone can recommend any other places for me to try.
So depending on where i am that day i will either stopby The healthy butcher, butcher by nature or Rowe farms for some meat and sometimes cheeses-been eating alot more nutbased diary replacements- then I’ll head to organic garage, Healthy Planet Oceans and/or Loblaws/No-frills in different parts of the city based on the ethnic food i am making… so where else should I shop?
I once stopped at some middle Eastern grocer in Mississauga after a business meeting but forgot the name & location… Any places in TO you can suggest I can find great ingredients to cook with?
