In search for the cheapest yet mind blowing Alfredo Pasta

Hi ,

Before I start I would just like to tell about my obsession with Alfredo Pasta. Friends , family, etc are of course close to my heart , but there is an absolute special place for Alfredo Pasta in my World.

I don’t know what it is ,may its the creamy texture, the interesting juicy bite or maybe the aroma of Alfredo Pasta that it is something I would ask for as my last wish before dying.

So basically , no matter which hotel, restaurant, cafe, bistro I visit, I always order an Alfredo Pasta.

It’s mine and my best friend’s aim to find the perfect pasta BUT the one which would also be light on the pocket :stuck_out_tongue:

In our little quest , we had pasta in our city ranging from Rs.70 to Rs.900 (1 dollar to 12 dollars approx),

But we came to a conclusion based on the specificity of our taste buds that any pasta over Rs.300 was tasteless ! Maybe they used to add too many veggies or make the cream saggy. Whatever it may , for us Pasta from the range of Rs.100 to Rs.180 were the best.

We have literally tried Pastas from every cafe in the city, and my mischievous mind would write “Add pasta to your menu” in restaurant suggestions every time they asked for a feedback if their menu didn’t have pasta. Straight priorities one may call it :stuck_out_tongue:

Anyway, stumbling upon cafes it was then when I found my little heaven - Cafe Aeolus , where the Pasta was the perfectly creamy and the perfect number of veggies. Oh dear, how every bite would feel like it’s Christmas.

Sadly their Chef has changed and even the restaurant owner doesn’t know where he is and now our quest to find the best pocket friendly Pasta in the world continues.
