THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
Join fellow GTA Local Guides for an afternoon walk through the Beach area of Toronto before the colder weather arrives.
We’ll meet at 15 Hubbard Blvd and walk through the Beach neighbourhood and along the waterfront.
During the walk, Local Guides can compare notes and share tips about contributing to Google Maps. We’ll explore local places, take useful photos, check whether information on Google Maps is accurate and up to date, and identify interesting places that other Maps users may want to discover.
This is also an opportunity to meet other GTA Local Guides, discuss our experiences contributing to Google Maps, and enjoy an informal photo and exploration walk together.
Activities may include: taking photos for Google Maps, checking place information, discovering local businesses and attractions, discussing reviews and Maps contributions, and sharing Local Guides tips.
Please bring your phone and comfortable walking shoes. We meet up at 11:00 am
