My favorite thing about google reviews is just helping businesses to improve and showing appreciation to business that are doing it right. My favorite google review story began in 2017. I made a comment about a local clubs ceiling possibly collapsing due to water intrusion. Fast forward December 2018. Ceiling collapsed and club shuttered. Luckily no one was hurt. But its my definite told ya so story!
