Once upon a tim in Madrid!
Visiting the city, I was recommended this hotel. I did and lived a moment I"ll never forget.
Early morning, I waked up to go to work, get out of the room and saw a staff member pulling a used blankets trolley.
He passed me by going towards the lifts. I thought he would call one to bring his trolley downstairs.Not at all…
To my great surprised, he simply called the lift for me!
And I couldn’t even thank him. He had vanished in the corridors leaving his trolley behind.
I think this wa a major trigger in my quality quest.
Ever since that particular moment, I strive to inform my travelling mates about places where the sense of welcome exists. If only I could make one’s trip or experience a success by leading her/him to somewhere she/he will really spent a great time, I would be really happy.
An experience will always remain a remote memory unless someone turns it into THE event you will always remember and wish to share.
That’s my quest. Telling people about those passionate about what they do and uttermost eager to transmit it to those they help!
