he is not able to open the website of local guides connect ,if it is opened then there is an error to edit personal information and if edited it is not changing. always showing the same error . Showing some user id :1559217.
2 . Recently in the month of march imthiyaz received email of reward of Google pin and he redeemed the reward. Upto now( 25 may 2023) he didn’t received order. When he contacted dhl or postel helpline there is no solution and he also requested for new or replacement of un shipped item of reward for that also no response.

From the screenshot you shared, no error was visible. When editing your personal information on Connect, you should click on the save button at the bottom of the page, so the information is saved.
Every profile on Connect has its unique id number which you can find in the URL address tab when clicking on your profile. The id number you shared is your friends’ profile id.
About the reward, If it has been longer than 6 weeks since they ordered their reward, please let them go to the FAQ page on the redemption website, enter their unique code into the “What can I do about a missing or damaged item” section, and submit. Our shipping team will look into the issue and get back to them.
Please have in mind that replacements are subject to availability, as this is a limited edition item.
@MashaPS 1 when he is saving the personal information a pop is showing about saved and the same page to edit is showing again and again that i shared as screenshot. He is not able to get access in the connect website when he is logging in with his g mail . I am thinking it might be a bug. When he is opening website same page showing to edit personal information again and again. And his user id @imthiyaz_guide1 also not visible in blue colour
I don’t see any error. I’ve tagged your friend for him to reach this message. He should receive a notification on his email for this, as he’s already a member of the Community.
If he’s not able to access, he should try to clear the cache first, and then try again.
