this is the simplest tip ever and yet one I rarely see people use. Clean the lens on your phone! Try it. Take your phone out of your pocket and take a photo. Now clean the lens with a soft cloth and take the same photo again. The second will be brighter and clearer. This is especially useful for reducing streaking from bright lights.
