I have been watching these ads related impossible burger at several burger places. Finally I tried this at Counter Santana Row, San Jose. I am not a beef burger eater so it is hard to compare with real meat. The company which makes this patties located in Redwood City, CA, they develop plan based substitute for meat product.
At least at counter I found impossible burger is $4 more than the real meat stuff. Burger could have been little juicier, but after adding my favorite sauce Chipotle Aioli, it tasted pretty good. It is worth while tying I would say.
