Is there any way to import contribution data from my another google account to this google account.?

I have better contributions there on that account, but I no longer want to use that account.

Any way to import data here or merge those two accounts?

Hello @Prince_Ved ,

There is no way to transfer contribution from one account to another or merge them. You can cut - paste your reviews only from one account to another. Please note; this will show a new date of your review in new account.

Having multiple local guides accounts is against program rules. Exit from one account by visiting to this link.

Dear @Prince_Ved ,

There is some very important information missing in @deepakjhic his advice. When you copy and paste data from one account to another, you MUST delete the content on the original account BEFORE you paste it into your other account. Having the same content in two accounts is grounds for being banned altogether and seen as a serious offense.

This is not related to the Local Guides Program, but to Google Maps. Yes, one is able to have multiple accounts on Google Maps, but you are not allowed to duplicate content OR give likes to your own contributions via another of your accounts. Local Guides can have only one single account, as was explained by @deepakjhic .

I kindly ask @deepakjhic to edit his response that has been marked as the solution by @JanVanHaver , because in case someone does not read all the comments, the current response could get people in some serious trouble.

sorry I can’t figure out where to direct my query, thus is here.

I’ve been a google guide for 10 years but recently changed my gmail account… would like to transfer my local guide and contributions as well… I have millions of views on my pictures…

please advise, thank you…

Hi @Robbie13 ,

Unfortunately there is no way to merge accounts or transfer your contributions from one account to another. You are, however, able to copy reviews from one account and post it to another. We suggest that you copy the review, delete the review on the original account and then submit that review from your personal account. You can do the same thing with images. Other contributions, however, are not transferable.

Also, as Local Guides can only participate in the program with one account, we recommend that you exit the program on your corporate email when you’ve signed up on your personal email.
