Such stone statues can be found in every corner of the Forbidden City., glad that I got a chance to visit this historic place. These statues are found in pairs - Male with Ball and Female with Cub under their claws which symbolizes ‘Supremacy over the world’’ and ‘Representation of Nurture’ respectively.
