I'm learning to photograph flowers.

Since September 4, when I took up my commitment to the local guide program in this article, I have taken every opportunity to photograph the environment around me and to talk about the program to all the young people I meet at the events.

It’s true that my failure to connect live 2019 touched me a little bit and I admit it, but deep down, I tell myself that the work I’m doing is not yet enough to compare to the many initiatives I see happening on connect.

Yesterday while I was participating in a wikipedia content creation workshop at the French institute in Cotonou, the environment of the space restaurant inspired me to photograph the flowers. They’re there, full and of any color.

As soon as I remember some of the concepts I learned during the recent Local Guides #PhotosMasterClass, I took pictures whose splendor and beauty would not exist if it weren’t for my own skills. I would like to take this opportunity to salute those who have accepted to offer us this wonderful training.
After the photo shoot, I bring my friends together to learn about Google Maps features.

We also talked about the local guide program, which offers many other benefits that are not often seen at the beginning of contributions.
I didn’t miss the opportunity. Welcome to this great moment spent together. To our Local Guides friendships !

Nice photo @Richmond_Dakpogan .

As I also love to take photos, I will here suggest you take a macro photo of flowers too. You can visit the Flower garden and take different photos of flowers.

Try macro shots taking the photos of flowers closely. You will love it.

Here’s are a few photos taken by my phone.

Namaste,

Niraj

Hey @Richmond_Dakpogan ,

Thanks for sharing your photo, it looks very professional! I am glad that you feel positive and continue to contribute both on Google Maps and Connect. Now that you’ve gained some experience, would you mind telling us some tips on taking beautiful photos? I am sure that other Local Guides will appreciate it.

@Richmond_Dakpogan to take pictures in nature you must have perfect weather conditions, I recommend you to follow the weather forecast and then make a plan
The wind, humidity and dust in the atmosphere spoil much of the frame, sometimes even the light prevents you from taking a good photo, nature manifests differently during the day
Thanks
