I’m Justo from Madrid, Spain, I’m a Local Guide level 7, near to the ten thousand points.
For me, be a local guide become after I used google like a kind of diary about my activities. I like to remember the best places where I went, then I use to take some pictures, mainly the landscapes that I visited and I liked. Is important for me to take good pictures. Normally I take pictures for my own and personal use, but when I review and make a selecteción of the best pics, I select a couple of o more pic that I think is good for google maps.
So, at this moment, I have published more than one thousand pictures, and have reached more than seven hundred thousand views.
Also, I want to contribute with reviews about places. So I can aid other people to have some valid information about the places. I used to respond in about some places like restaurants and other public places, I have responded nearly to two hundred fifty reviews
In some cases, I have had some changes in maps places, normally about places that I know very well, as some places near my little village where I was born and I lived for all my youth. So I contribute to putting more and new information in some places that have not a lot of data.
