After having a packed days in Kottakkal, it was time to saying goodbye. Checking out from hotel at 4.30pm we were heading to Cochin Airport. We were never expecting rush hour traffic, but in fact, our friend told us to prepare for some traffic jam on our way to the Airport.
We were stopping by to get some late lunch early dinner at Rice and Fish (Kuttippuram - Trichur Highway, Malappuram District, Valayamkulam, Kerala 679591, India) a very nice restaurant and they serve a great dishes. The grill fish was so good, the bread also very good. But I was very surprised with the green juice. I don’t know the ingredients but tastes so fresh and delicious.
We were continue to the airport, and facing a heavy traffic jam. But we finally made to the airport at 10 pm. Rushing to the check-in counter, and queue to the immigration counter. I will said like this, please make sure you are having enough time to get through all the procedures. Because so many procedures we have to go through, from immigration counter which having a very long queue and also a security check. A long queue at security check will separate men and women. After that still, have few more security check. That’s why make sure you have enough time.
Thankfully before queue to the immigration counter, we were taking our time to take some pictures at the elephants statues. A very huge elephants parade.
Kerala, a wonderful state Kerala. A friendly people, a wonderful place, a great friends we make. I will never forget. I will come back again when monsoon come.
