Igbo Traditional Local Dish (Nkwobi) Made from Cow foot

This local dish is best taking with Beer and I mean any kind of beer just so your taste bud will be grateful. it’s made from boiled cow leg and some local spices and palm oil to give it that awesome taste. Some people go ahead to add Uziza leaf which in english is called Piper Guineense to make it more delicious and unique.
I visited Bush Flavours yesterday and I loved every bite from the local dish. It’s a cool place to enjoy African music and dishes.

Hello @Ogebaby ,

Thank you for sharing this photo with us, the meal looks very interesting and delicious! Is it a popular dish all over your country, or mainly famous in some particular areas? In Morocco, where I grew up, there is a similar meal made of cow legs and chickpeas.
