Some will name it differently, the uniqueness this dish crunchy crisp from noodles. Pour the noodles with the soup, texture from the soup is thick and have sour taste. Usually include mix green veggie, meatballs or fishballs and chicken or seafood like squid. Wherever chinesse restaurant I go, I always back to Ifumie again.

One of my favourite dish too. I like its soup that looks like not using tomato sauce.

Ifumie is just a condiment unless it be eaten with rice, even better fried rice
