This restaurant sold me “cooked” humitas and I was instructed that in order to heat them up, put in the microwave for 2 min. They did not cook in 2 or even 3 minutes. I took it back to the restaurant the next day and the owner said that he doesn’t do returns. He put them in the microwave but it still didn’t cook so he took them to the kitchen to “cook” them. HUGE HEALTH VIOLATION! I need guidance on how to report this reataurant.

Now a days most of eateries compromise on food safety. The local authorities need to conduct random food safety inspection to avoid any hazards.
