I believe during this situation, some of us more spend time at home. Lucky me, the government hasn’t applied locked down yet, currently, still curfew time from 9 pm - 3 am in Phnom Penh. I try (if I can) to give the local business review and or buy their product, to be honest, I really touch how their body language or expression when we come and buy something from them.
I knew this restaurant, because of the authentic taste of Phở and absolutely for an affordable price, $3 for a big bowl. Besides all of them came from Vietnam and short story about Bro & Sis Pho, they just moved from Monivong Blvd to corner St. 55 and St. 240 last year.
I came a few days ago and bought Bánh Xếp Ngọt aka stuffed puff pastry with three options:
coconut
green bean
taro
Each item is only $0.25 fair enough isn’t it for your snacking time with tea or coffee at home? Normally I eat a maximum of two pieces and really stuff with hot tea or ice black coffee. How does the taste? Hmmm dried and sweet sensation melted inside the mouth.
Wanna try this pastry?
Psst here the location Bro & Sis Pho.
