For people who live in the colder climes, seeing all of that “frost, ice or snow” may not be such a big deal, but for someone who lives in Nigeria where we have two major seasons, it is such a big deal except you live in the Jos, Plateau, of course!
Now, this is clear.
Have you even seen an “Ice Sculpture”, where did you see yours? Can you share a Photo with us? Please remember to ‘tag the location’ or ‘share a link’ of the place you took the picture using Google Maps.
I was on a journey from Fort Lauderdale to the Caribbean Islands by sea when I took this picture.
On one of those days at Sea, they had an “Ice Sculpture challenge”.
Of all the Sculptures, this was the one that fascinated me the most. It was so beautiful and nicely done that it was set in one of the many dining areas on the Ship.
I had to see this at least 20 times that day. I don’t eat as many as 20 times, right? You get what I mean
ANNOUNCEMENT
Are you aware I have an Upcoming Meetup ? I have shared the reasons you need to attend this Meetup, here is the Link to RSVP
@Ewaade_3A It is totally relatable. Here in New Delhi, India too as you are familiar we experience extreme weather during cold winter and hot summer. Such a good treat to see the snow sculpture feels like its going to melt right away since its pretty hot these days …hahaha…
The best ice sculpting artists in the world come to Zwolle where they work in a large ice hall (De IJsselhallen) with 275,000 kilos of ice and 275,000 kilos of snow. They will be translating the theme “JOURNEY THROUGH TIME” into a magical and spectacular world of ice and snow sculptures of up to 6 metres tall.
