Please use the tagging-tool, so others get a notification. Type @ followed by the user name.

Nice to see that you have started to make posts 
There is an option for editing a post and add more information , photos…: push over your profile photo, then over your name and you will see several taps, go to the one labeled Posts, choose your post and finally go to three dots on the left. Maybe this collage helps:
