Hello Team,
I won special reward limited edition Google maps pin however that is still stuck in transit with the carrier DHL. There has been no update from May 2023 and I have also checked with local DHL post office and they haven’t received my package. I would request the community manager or any concern person to reach me and help me to get this sorted as I have worked very hard to achieve that reward. If possible I would wish to accept Pixel 7 device in exchange for the reward. Any insights or help is highly appreciated.

Getting a reward is nothing but great marketing and not so true reality. It is random and nobody is guaranteed a reward. There is nothing you can do to help getting a reward.
I’ve been a local guides for over 4 years, level 10, 300k+ points and have no reward.
And no, you’re also not eligible for getting a free pixel 7, c’mon.

Hello Lukas,
I have a tracking number from DHL stating that they have shipped the Google reward but it’s stuck in transit. I feel sad that you didn’t receive any such email or reward. No worries keep on helping.

I’ve reached some personal milestones in contributions, but nowhere does it say that I have to be rewarded. I take it as it is.
The package can be taking long to deliver due to customs problems or the container ship may be slower than usual. It’s really just a wild guess.
