3 months ago, me and my wife thought how we can lose some weight. the main problem was, is that we let ourselves
eat what ever comes to hand. if it’s a cookie next to our morning coffee, or its a cake that a colleague brought to work
for his own birthday. during the day while at work, you have lots of stimulations, it’s not that easy to keep on a healthy
nutrition with all this calories dancing around you.
So I came up with an idea, I’ve opened a WhatsApp group, and called it
“What did I eat”
and every time one of us wanted to take something and throw it to his mouth, we needed to take a photo of it
that way, every snack became a wonder, should I eat it or not?
one thing let to another and I’ve realized that it helps me
remember to take a photo of the meal I was eating each day, and upload it to the restaurant I was in
since then it became an habit to pull the smartphone from my pocket
when I receive my dish to the table, and all my friends already now
that I need to ‘report’ my meal.

Wow, Thank you for sharing your experience with us @ItayL It is very nice food to keep diet.
how much weight did you lose? I think the ways to lose weight is diet and exercise.
Did you cook these meals? Is it easy to cook?
