I am an international Local Guide Level 9, with near 200 places added, but sometimes my edits are rejected too.

Basically it depends of the possibility to verify your edit, BTW it is difficult to provide a better feedback without knowing what you are trying to add.

Why is my edit status “Pending” or “Not Applied”? Will give you some details about the approval process.

Regarding the impossibility to add photos, I saw that you added photos on the last two days (including photos that you should delete because inappropriate)

Can you give some more detail of your issue?
