I want to Apply for Google Maps 360 AR campaign. - This is very simple to do it: you can become a Street View trusted photographer. It is not very difficult to take good 360 photos, also with your phone. Please read: Create or import 360 photos .
I will Work more in my Area for Google maps. Local Guides is a volunteer program, and you are welcome to contribute. You can help, and earn point, in several different ways, as you can see from: Points, levels, and badging

Google should also consider monetizing it’s eligible Guides. Because there are not many Guides in my Locality. Local Guide is a volunteer program, any payment is not compatible with the program. BTW, you can become a Street View trusted photographer, by uploading 50 Street View photos approved by Google. 360 photos must be at least 4K (3,840 pixel by 2,160 pixel resolution or greater).
