Met these wonderful people @DilipThosarPune (the Meet-up organizer, superrr energized & came with lot of preparations, Thank you so much Dilip) & @rohitwadke The self-starter software engineer plus great photographer ! (you have an amazing Instagram profile)
Met the owners of Chitale Bandhu Mithaiwale & KiGa Ice Cream. Noting first hand information from directly the makers was a great experience. They were very welcoming and once we told that we are GOOGLE LOCAL GUIDES they were more than happy to share the details.

The famous BAKARWADI making machine is from HOLLAND.

They export their products to Indian shops in USA, Germany and many other foreign countries.

They have come up with very innovative ideas with the sweets like blueberry son papdi , strawberry son papdi.
We greeted him a huge thanks because he gave his valuable and busy time for us.
Place 2- KiGa ice-cream
They have introduced different, authentic, traditional flavors of ice-creams. They place was crowded because of the popularity.
Got to know another interesting fact KiGa is KIran + GAnesh (2 friends using their initials to give a cool name for their business)
Also visited this small eatery Prabha Vishranti Gruha Narayan Peth
They had these yummy batata wadas and sabudana wadas. Though the owner was unaware about Google.
Conclusion is the meet-up was successful and met the criteria of exploring famous and good eating places!
