In Connect a post can be temporarily hide for only a few reasons:
- because intercepted by an automated filter (Akismet). This is the case of your post. A Googler moderator will review your post and, if found respectful of the policies, it will be released. No action from your side is required.
- because flagged by more than one member of the Community. In that case you will receive an email to inform you. With an edit your post will become visible again. If is still inappropriate, and someone will flag it again, only a Google Moderator will be able to review the post and (if it’s ok) to release it. For more details: How do I report inappropriate posts on Connect?
- because found to be against the policies and removed directly by a Google Moderator.
Common mistakes that can end in the removal of a post:
- Spam or advertising
- copyright infringement. The most common situations are the use of Google Copyrighted material or the issue of text/images sourced from the web or social media.
- Off Topic: contents unrelated to the Local Guides program

I think the problem is that you keep making posts that are very similar about the same plans.
Just move on and have a plan for what posts are really needed.
Also, just start meeting with a few LGs to get things started rather than only making plans. That will move your idea forward and you will know who can be helpful collaborators.
